Skipper Bong,is one of the best skipper if not in s.e.asia, then may be in asia.I have known him for many years any he is very reliable.You want what he find what.Ask him who caught the biggest grouper for 2008.. Also he always make sure that the aircon is cold and the food is hot.A rare skipper with good judgement.
